Further, it offers valuation services for overseas direct investment transactions, transactions coming under the purview of income tax rules, requirements under companies act, requirements under SEBI regulations, foreign direct investment transactions, and financial advisory services, investment banking, securities trading and other related activities. The company was formerly known as KJMC Global Market (India) Limited. KJMC Corporate Advisors (India) Limited was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Mumbai, India.
