In addition, the company provides mergers and acquisitions services comprising buy and sell side advisory, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures; corporate advisory in merger and amalgamation, investment and corporate advisory, SME listing, initial public offering, and further public offerings; and private equity placement, growth capital, venture funding, preferential allotment, qualified institutional placement, and private investment in public equity. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Ahmedabad, India.
